All-Harvester truck show

A show including museum pieces outside the old Scout factory and Scout Conference Center at New Haven Ave. and Meyer Road.

Proving Grounds fun

The test track and course will be open to drivers to take a few laps and get photos of their trucks at this historic site. It will also be open to the public Saturday and have additional museum vehicles and displays.

  • Early registration for truck owners and track access for some entries in order to alleviate traffic the day of the show and to give all plenty of time to enjoy the Proving Grounds.
  • There will also be a cruise-in Friday evening at Liberty Diner at Goshen Road and Coliseum  Blvd. outside Phil Coonrod's shop. Cruise-in opportunities also welcome at Don Hall's Commissary in New Haven and at the Ramada Plaza hotel on Coldwater Road, which is the hotel holding rooms for and sponsoring the event.
  • TINCAPS NIGHT: The Fort Wayne TinCaps, the Class A affiliate of the San Diego Padres boasting one of the country's best minor-league ballparks, will have seats blocked off for festival-goers. A few truck owners can also display their rides outside AND INSIDE on the stadium concourse. Please contact director Ryan DuVall if you would like show off your truck in front of a huge crowd that night!

  • Truck show and proving grounds open to public all day! Historical items of all kinds on display
  • Cake and coffee reception area inside the conference center for former employees to catch up with each other.

  • Additional track time for truck owners only.
  •  A farewell brunch/lunch cruise-in to follow and wrap-up the festival at a site still TBD.
